The modern water conservancy project integrating flood control,drought resistance,power generation,shipping,tourism and other functions has produced enormous social and economic benefits.The flood discharge system,which is an important part of the water conservancy hub,plays a very important role in ensuring dam safety,regulating water level,ensuring stable power generation and smooth shipping.Therefore,the performance of the flood discharge system is not only directly related to the utilization of water resources,but also affects the lives of people in the basin and the safety of property.The flood discharge system mainly includes a flood discharge mode decision system and a flood discharge valve monitoring system.Because such systems are generally large in scale,the operating conditions are very complicated,especially in the flood season,the operation is more frequent,and for safety reasons,it is necessary to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the entire system for a long time.Based on the above analysis,the stability,reliability,safety,operability,maintainability and other aspects of the operation of the flood discharge system have high requirements.Based on PLC and network control technology,this research studied the intelligent control of flood discharge control system in actual engineering.The main research contents are as follows:1.Through the analysis of the status quo of gate control of hydropower stations at home and abroad,the feasibility control scheme of the local flood discharge control system of the flood gate of the avionics hub is proposed,and the data of the floodgate gate opening and closing process is analyzed,which is the opening and closing adjustment of the flood gate.Speed related control provides a reliable basis.2.Based on the analysis of the general requirements of the flood gate control of the avionics hub and the requirements of industrial specifications,a configuration scheme is proposed for the control system of the spill gate,and the overall aisle gate spillway gate control system is designed..3.The PID control method is applied in the hydraulic lifting control system of the flood gate,combined with the mathematical model of the opening and closing process of the flood gate.According to the calculation result of the model,an intelligent control strategy of the flood discharge system based on the expert system is proposed.4.A series of related designs of software and hardware were carried out for the local control system of the aerodynamic hub flood gate.According to the proposed design scheme of the floodgate gate control system of the hydropower station,Schneider PLC,water level monitor and appropriate gate opening table were selected,hardware circuit was established for the control unit to execute the command,and the related software was developed.5.The simulation research on the control system of the aeronautical power system flood discharge system was carried out.The similar mathematical modeling was proposed by MATLAB and the simulation model of the control system was established.After analyzing the simulation results,the results show that the design of the avionics spillway gate control system proposed in this paper is feasible,especially the study of the speed of the floodgate opening and closing.Compared with the previous opening and closing of the flood gate,the time of opening and closing the flood gate is shortened,and the discharge capacity is significantly improved,and the flood discharge capacity of the avionics hub is improved,which has certain revolutionary significance.
