Construction industry is one of the industries that consume the most natural resources.On the premise of ensuring urban construction and development,slowing down the resource consumption of construction industry is one way to solve the contradiction between urban development and energy shortage.It is extremely urgent to deepen the study of green building.Green building in China develops rapidly,it also exposes the problems including overlooking the preliminary architectural design phase,over-emphasizing the follow-up technology superposition;process-oriented and measures-oriented.Meanwhile,intensive theory is widely used in agriculture and economy,it also applied in planning and construction with its compact,efficient and orderly nature.The application of intensive theory in green building design can further improve the use of space efficiency,reduce the building waste resources,optimize the quality of space environment thereby achieve the goal of building resources and environment friendliness.It also helps green building to realize two important transformations: to promote their faster and better development,to provide effective suggestions and references for the pre-project proposal,feasibility study and scheme design stages.The main research methods of this paper are Document analysis,Field research,Empirical analysis and Questionnaire survey.First,starting from the current situation of energy utilization,this thesis analyses the design demands of green building in China,which are resource-saving,safe and durable,convenient service,healthy and comfortable,and livable environment.Second,finding out the concrete methods to improve the greenness of building from the perspective of architectural design.This thesis analyses the motivation of applying intensive theory to architectural design,and sums up the connotation of architectural intensive design combined with a large number of case studies.By comparing and analyzing the design demands of green building,the paper finds out the connection among them and summarizes the application value of intensive theory in green building design,as improving the efficiency of building space use,reducing the waste of building resources and optimizing the quality of building space.Five principles of green building design scale rationality,space efficiency,climate adaptability,sustainable development and technology suitability based on the value of intensive theory in green building design had been put forward.Then deepen the principle,draw the green building design strategy based on the intensive theory from five aspects.According to the green building design strategy based on intensive theory,the planning and individual design of the new campus of Zhangjiakou University are designed to verify the feasibility of intensive theory in green building practice.Green building design strategy based on the theory of the intensive from spatial form suitable for reasonable,compact space organization efficiency,function composite sharing,the space environment to adapt to the climate,space flexibility to adapt to the development of five aspects,according to the principle of green building design based on intensive theory,the paper analyses and deepens the results from two aspects of space and function of green building.In order to achieve the optimization of green building from the perspective of architectural design.
