Electron Cyclotron Resonance Heating System(ECRH),whose key component is the electron gyrotron,plays an important role in EAST auxiliary heating system.The power quality of the electron cyclotron cathode filament is very important influence for the stable operation and service life of the gyrotron.Therefore,ECRH has strict requirements on the output performance of the gyrotron filament power supply.According to the specific requirements of the gyrotron filament power supply,this thesis designed and produced a gyrotron filament power supply prototype with an output voltage of 2-50V and a maximum output power of 2000W.The filament power supply prototype is based on a secondary-controlled Phase-Shifted Full-Bridge ZVS topology.The output performance of the filament power supply is fully guaranteed by PS-FB-ZVS.Firstly,this thesis introduces the status quo of global nuclear fusion research and the basic composition of nuclear fusion experimental device,briefly describes the research background and significance of the subject.Secondly,according to the specific requirements of filament power supply,the power topology is selected,the overall structure is designed.By analyzing the working principle and key problems of the power supply topology in detail,the designs of the power circuit and the control circuit are given.The power part includes:1)design steps and manufacturing methods of transformer and output inductors;2)parameter calculation and model selection of key components such as DC blocking capacitors,switching transistors,diodes,output capacitors.Control part includes the circuit chip selection and parameter calculation of drive circuit,control signal fiber transmission circuit,phase shift control circuit,compensator circuit,output voltage setting circuit.Finally,the filament power prototype based on the specific results of the design process is completed,and the waveform of the key node of the prototype,work efficiency,aging temperature rise of components is measured.The test results reveal the filament power supply prototype can realize ZVS for all switching transistors in the power range from 500W to 2000W.The output performance of the prototype is excellent,and its good stability has been verified by long-term aging test.So this design for the filament power is feasibility and correct.
