In the context of the Knowledge Economy Era,with the in-depth development and extensive application of Internet technology and information technology in the manufacturing field,modern manufacturing is experiencing an innovative transformation.The in-depth integration of nextgeneration Internet technologies,information technology and manufacturing technologies will lead to new changes of Human Industrial Production characterized by Intelligent Manufacturing.Under this situation,the knowledge required for product development has became a strategic resource a strategic resource which can bring absolute competitiveness to the enterprise.Based on the current research of knowledge processing,knowledge expression and knowledge utilization at home and abroad,aim at the demand and problems of Knowledge Management in Aviation Manufacturing Industry,the knowledge management theory and method based on Semantics is researched with the aviation technical standards used the ontology tools.In-depth research has been carried out as fellow on the issues such as knowledge processing,knowledge expression and knowledge utilization.On the basis of the existing knowledge management technology and theory,aiming at the requirement of knowledge management in the aviation field and the knowledge characteristics of aviation technology standards,this paper analyses the relationship between aviation technology standard documents and the internal knowledge of aviation technology standard documents.Based on knowledge element,a knowledge association model of aviation technology standards is constructed to develop aviation technology standard information service and build knowledge level.Knowledge management system and further promote the knowledge-based process of aviation technology standard literature provide technical support,lay the foundation for the construction of aviation technology standard knowledge management system.Then,according to the characteristics of aviation technology standard knowledge,a multi-level classification system of aviation technology standard knowledge is constructed.An ontology-based knowledge representation method for multi-dimensional aviation technology standards is proposed.This paper studies the ontology creation method of aviation technology standards based on Prot g_and the knowledge description method of aviation technology standards based on OWL,and establishes a knowledge description system to realize the comprehensive and unified expression of aviation technology standards from the level of knowledge association.Aiming at the efficient use of knowledge,this paper further studies the ontology-based semantic annotation method of aviation technology standards,solves the problem of computer recognition and understanding of information resources in aviation technology standards,and realizes the integration of knowledge and information resources in ontology from the semantic level.It can not only form an effective solution for computer recognition and understanding of information resources in aviation technical standards.In addition,it can provide support and guarantee for the application of aviation technical standards efficiently and accurately in practice from the technical level.According to the formation method of the above research institute,the knowledge base of aviation technical standards and the method of knowledge reasoning and query are studied and established.The prototype system of knowledge management of Aeronautical Technology Standards is developed,and the theory and method proposed in this paper are verified.
