With the fast developing and updating of highspeed-railway in the worldwide,running highspeed-railway safety is dramatically highlight now.Nowadays,gapless rail is wildly used on the highspeed-railway and the temperature of rail is influencing the safety of running highspeed-railway all the time.If the temperature stress of rail is over high,rails may break into spall or snap at any time.So,the accuracy and stability of temperature stress testing results are quite important.At present,there are many ways of tests about the rail temperature stress,but the accuracy stability and consistency of all the methods have not been qualified.This essay will qualify the accuracy stability and consistency of all the testing methods through kinds of experiment.First of all,the essay describes the theories of different methods,and then analyses the superiors and inferiors of these methods.This can make good basis principles of making qualify experiments.Then,we build a specific device to stimulate the temperature stress,using the common testing methods to make experiment.and compare the testing result with stimulating result verifying the accuracy among these common testing ways.After qualifying the accuracy of different testing methods,we can know the consistency between testing results and stimulating results and the results among different testing results.Meanwhile we should guarantee the standard-test-stand is able to trace back to a higher measurement standard,and control the impacts from other factors on the result of stimulating stress.This can not only ensure the accuracy of the standard-test-stand,but also can guarantee the precise of the testing results.Next,we make the experiments on the real railway.We use magnetic apparatus testing the temperature stress on the running line and compare the testing result with construction parameters of same testing point to ensure the consistency of these two methods.In the end,we propose to build a complete temperature stress data application system.This system can fully collect and analyze temperature stress data and the analyzing results can help tester using different apparatus in a more proper way.After all the experiments,we find that comparing with the stimulating results,the method of magnetic noise and transverse force method have higher accuracy than other testing methods.Method of magnetic noise has higher consistency and easier to use than other methods.So,I think method of magnetic noise is more suitable to put into widely use on daily works.
