While the rapid economic growth and high-speed industrialization are advancing the society,the resources and environmental problems are becoming more and more prominent.Rapid urbanization also brings a lot of building energy consumption,and the construction industry is about to become the industry with the largest energy consumption in China.At the same time,the extensive development of China's construction industry has also led to the relatively slow development of the building energy-saving system.During the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period,China's building energy conservation and green building related laws and regulations initially formed a system,and the government vigorously promoted the innovation and application of building energy-saving technologies.During the “13th Five-Year Plan” period,China's building energy-saving system was further improved.The energy-saving standards for residential buildings in cold regions began to shift from 65% to 75% for benchmark buildings,and the energy-saving standards for public buildings were further improved.In recent years,the concept of passive architectural design has entered China.Government departments have issued relevant policy documents to promote the localization of passive buildings.Compared with other building energy-saving designs,passive building energy-saving design emphasizes the heat-free bridge design and airtight design of the building envelope,with efficient new wind heat recovery system and certain renewable energy systems.Reduce the building's energy needs for heating and cooling,while improving the comfort of the building.According to China's energy-saving standard calculation method,after the passive building in cold area reaches the ultra-low energy building design standard,its energy-saving efficiency can reach 90%.Promoting passive building is conducive to the further development of China's building energy-saving business.From the design practice of building energy-saving in cold regions of China and the energy-saving design standards of passive ultra-low-energy buildings,the commonalities are analyzed,and the thermal characteristics of buildings in cold regions are analyzed.The importance of thermal insulation performance of external protective structures in building energy-saving systems is obtained.Among them,the outer wall structure and the connection between the outer wall structure and other structures bear a high proportion of heat loss due to their special position in the building maintenance structure.Therefore,energy saving in building exterior wall insulation and energy saving system is an important part of building energy-saving system.It is of positive significance to study the design of passive building exterior wall insulation system in cold regions.This paper mainly includes the following parts: review the development history of China's building energy-saving system and related literature on the development status of passive buildings at home and abroad,and understand related concepts.Summarize the main points of passive architectural design and analyze the development prospects of passive buildings.Summarize the influencing factors of building energy consumption in cold regions,and the thermal characteristics of building envelope structure energy consumption.Through the analysis of energy-saving design standards and practices of existing building exterior wall insulation systems in cold regions,combined with relevant standards and atlases,the energy-saving design of passive ultra-low-energy building exterior wall insulation systems in cold regions in China is analyzed.The follow-up study on the design,construction and operation process of the Zhengzhou Wufang Enterprise Pavilion project,the first passive building demonstration project in Henan Province,was tentatively proposed from several aspects: scheme design,thermal insulation materials,thermal insulation construction type,concrete structural nodes and detection methods.The further development direction of energy-saving design of passive ultra-low-energy building exterior wall insulation system in cold regions.It is hoped to provide relevant reference for the energy-saving design and research of passive ultra-low-energy building exterior wall insulation system in cold regions.
