Vehicular ad hoc network is a wireless communication network based on vehicle to vehicle(V2V)as well as vehicle to infrastructure(V2I).With the increasing attention of vehicular ad hoc network,in which the wireless communication technology has developed maturely, and the requirement of performance in the system is becoming more and more strict. The network environment changed rapidly due to the high-speed movement of vehicles, thus how to satisfy the communication requirement of high reliability?low delay and high capacity in the vehicular network has become a grand challenge in the area of wireless communication. In this paper,in the LTE V2X network where base station and vehicles coexist,I study the resource allocation scheme based on interference-controlled and delay-constrained,which make the V2I and V2V communication links to share some spectrum, and the goal is to ensure system throughput as well as reduce end-to-end delay. In this paper, the resource allocation principles are introduced and the algorithms state of the art in vehicular network are proposed, and then the problems of controlling interference as well as reducing delay.Subsequently, aimed at the problem of controlling interference, resource sharing scheme based on interference-controlled is studied and achieved in LTE V2X system, making V2I and V2V links to share some spectrum, and to allocate resource blocks according to the rule of minimum interference, aiming to achieve system capacity as large as possible. Finally, considering the problem of reducing delay in network,I propose a resource sharing scheme based on delay-constrained,and have designed a cost function to restrain system capacity as well as end-to-end delay in LTE V2X system. In this scheme, the priority of resource allocation is the joint optimization of throughput and delay,in which lower end-to-end delay can be achieved on the bias of enough system throughput.Simulation results have showed that, compared with orthogonal resource allocation scheme,to perform resource allocation by the resource sharing scheme based on interference-controlled achieves much higher throughput.Compared with the scheme based on interference-controlled,the resource sharing scheme based on delay-constrained obtains lower end-to-end delay on the bias of enough system throughput, thus it achieves j oint optimization of system capacity and delay performance.
