Hardware-in-the-loop simulation test is an important means to evaluate the performance of position and attitude detection system of ballistic correction rocket projectile.Aiming at the rapidly and effectively evaluation requirement of the performance of rocket attitude detection system,this paper designs a hardware-in-the-loop simulation system of GPS/Geomagnetic Composite Position and Attitude Detection Module,develops the hardware-in-the-loop simulation system software,realizes real-time pose calculation and driving of test equipment.The test results show that the system runs well and the accuracy can meet the test requirements.The main research contents are as follows:1.Aiming at conventional rockets,the coordinate system and flight dynamics model of rockets in the process of trajectory calculation are established,and the motion characteristics of rocket's position and attitude under standard atmospheric conditions are simulated and analyzed,which provides a basis for the design of hardware-in-the-loop simulation system.2.Based on the working principle of GPS/geomagnetic combined position and attitude detection,I propose a hardware-in-the-loop simulation system with satellite signal simulator and flight attitude simulator as its main hardware.The composition and interface of the system equipment are designed in detail,and the real-time control scheme of the system is analyzed.3.Using VB.NET language,the overall control software of the system is developed,achieving the real-time calculation of rocket flight position and attitude and the real-time driving of simulation equipment,and the real-time display of feedback data is realized by using visualization technology.Aiming at the defect that the flight attitude simulator can only realize the fixed-mode simulation,the real-time simulation of rocket angular motion and the feedback function of test data in the hardware-in-the-loop simulation test are realized by redesigning and developing the upper and lower computer.The whole system simulation results show that the system has good performance and can meet the requirements of simulation test.At present,the hardware-in-the-loop simulation technology for trajectory correction projectiles is still lacking.The research results of this system are also valuable for the development of other models.
