The optimal design of complex shell structure and strength is based on a torpedo power bunker.The main purpose of this paper is to solve the problem of fuel leakage from torpedo power bunker due to corrosion by optimizing the shell structure.After sea trial,the seawater will enter into the power bunker,because of the existing power bunker for internal ring rectangular reinforced structure,the seawater can not easily drained from the groove,the remaining seawater row is not complete,when the torpedo in storage or operating conditions,the torpedo power bunker generally prone to intergranular stress corrosion pitting corrosion and electrochemical corrosion.The internal of power bunker no anti-corrosion treatment,some pickled after cleaning the torpedo attached on the inner wall of the shell,and generally the shell in order to meet the requirements of lightweight,the design of the wall is very thin,pickled gradually corrosion inner wall,thus make the casing perforation,fuel leakage phenomenon,eventually to cause a decline in the torpedo effectiveness even the consequences of losing effectiveness.In this paper,the structure of torpedo power bunker is analyzed and its corrosion resistance is improved by optimizing the structure without adding weight.The torpedo is made of 5A06 aluminum alloy material,and the power bunker is mainly composed of main cabin,cable cabin,the guide of line cabin,cable pipe,anti-sway cover,fuel pipe and pressure relief valve.Because of the complex internal structure of the shell,the existing model needs to be simplified.The simplified model is built into a 3D model with SolidWorks.The optimization of torpedo power bunker can be composed of two parts: initial optimization and final optimization.The initial optimization is select the material of torpedo power bunker and preliminarily optimize its structure.Material optimization is to select the best manufacturing materials on the premise of satisfying the conditions of useful and integrating the factors.The initial optimization of shell structure is to change the stiffeners of the ring rib structure of the existing shell and change its shape from rectangular structure totrapezoidal structure,which is more conducive to seawater discharge.Based on MATLAB toolbox,in this paper to solve the multivariable constrained nonlinear function of the minimum fmincon function,the torpedo power bunker of structure design of five dimension as optimization variables,the torpedo power bunker of strength and stability requirements as constraint conditions,the minimum shell volume(weight)as the objective function and find the best parameters of qualified,again to check,and determine the parameter.Finally,the selected parameters were parameterized by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS,and the actual working condition(i.e.300 m water depth)was simulated to obtain the stress distribution cloud map of the torpedo power bunker.By analyzing the stress distribution of the shell,the value of the parameters was finally determined.In this paper,the optimization and structural strength analysis of the pressure-resistant shell of the torpedo power bunker are carried out,which provides support for the design and analysis of the structure of the torpedo power bunker.
