The planetary gearbox has large transmission power,stable motion and relatively small volume,and its compact structure can greatly enhance its bearing capacity,which makes the mechanical equipment have a larger transmission.Due to these advantages,it has a wide range of applications in many large machines(such as helicopters,wind turbines,etc.).Due to its working environment and frequent high-load power transmission,it is particularly easy to cause failure of various parts in the planetary gear box,thereby affecting the normal operation of the entire machine,causing harm to the country and society.It can be seen from the above hazards that it is of great significance to study the various faults of the planetary gearbox in detail,determine its fault type,and prevent faults in advance.The main work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,the main failure types of planetary gearboxes are analyzed and the causes of failures are explained.Then the failure mechanism and vibration characteristics of planetary gearboxes are studied.Secondly,the calculation formula of the meshing frequency of the planetary gearbox is given,as well as the calculation formula of the frequency conversion and local fault frequency of each part in the box.Finally,the empirical mode decomposition(EMD)method is studied,which provides theoretical help for the following dynamic simulation and experimental analysis.Dynamic analysis of planetary gearboxes.Learn the Solid Works software and use the software to create a three-dimensional model of the planetary gearbox that matches the bench.Finally,interfere with the model,adjust the assembly relationship to no interference,and finally get the complete planetary gearbox assembly drawing.Secondly,the 3D model created by the modeling software is imported into the ADAMS software in Parasolid(*.x_t)format tobuild the dynamic model.The simulation of the planetary gearbox dynamics simulation is carried out,and the simulation signal is performed by using the EMD decomposition algorithm in Matlab.Processing and analysis.Vibration experiments were carried out using the planetary gearbox fault diagnosis experimental platform in the laboratory.Through spectrum analysis of the vibration signal of the planetary gearbox under normal and worn state,it is found that the lateral vibration signal is weak and contains serious noise,and its characteristic frequency cannot be directly found from the frequency domain map.The EMD algorithm is used to decompose the measured original signal to obtain the sum of a few eigenmode functions(IMF).After the original signal is decomposed,each IMF has a high time-frequency resolution,which can effectively detect The characteristic frequency of the planetary gearbox.Finally,the eigenvalues of the simulation analysis are compared with the experimental analysis values and theoretical values to prove the rationality of the method.
