Financial Analysis Of Sino-Trunk Based On Harvard Framework

Financial analysis of enterprises based on Harvard analysis framework,not only to learn to use accounting data,but also to be good at using non-financial accounting data,is an important method to analyze the financial situation of enterprises.The traditional financial analysis method takes the pure financial statement analysis as the core,but has neglected to the enterprise environment and the management strategy analysis,is unable to comprehensively and accurately reflect the enterprise financial situation.The financial analysis required by modern enterprises is the judgment and prediction made by enterprises on the past,present and future of the company based on the existing financial data combined with the internal and external environment of the enterprise,which is the core part of the whole financial activities.Therefore,the application of Harvard analytical framework in Sino-Trunk 's financial analysis is of great theoretical significance and application value.In this paper,the combination of theoretical analysis and case analysis method,on the basis of the study of financial analysis and related theories of Harvard analysis framework,the use of Harvard analysis framework for financial analysis of enterprises.Based on the four dimensions of Harvard analysis framework,this paper establishes a close relationship with Sino-Trunk.On the basis of in-depth analysis of Sino-Trunk 's strategy,accounting,finance and enterprise prospects,it compares Sino-Trunk 's financial index data with Faw group and Dongfeng group,and reveals its advantages and disadvantages in the industry.The contribution of this paper is that applying Harvard analytical framework to the financial analysis of self-owned brand leading military vehicle enterprises expands the application scope of Harvard analytical framework.Secondly,this paper selects Sino-Trunk to conduct financial analysis and research under the Harvard analysis framework,which is representative of the industry to a certain extent and can reflect the current development status and trend of the industry,providing some references for the strategic development and financial analysis of self-owned brands.
