As a simple motor,the claw pole motor is widely used in various fields,such as the automotive industry and aerospace.The claw pole motor has the advantages of simple structure,small size,simple manufacture,good output performance and low cost.Therefore,most of the generators of today's automobiles adopt the claw pole motor structure,but the claw pole motor has a special structure,which makes the claw pole motor peak.The efficiency is usually below 65%,and there is still no mature claw pole motor solution used in the field of drive motors.The problems of the traditional claw pole motor mainly focus on the low effective magnetic flux density and the difficulty in adjusting the air gap.Combining the advantages and disadvantages of electric excitation and permanent magnet motors,it is proposed to combine electric excitation and permanent magnet excitation to form a hybrid excitation mode,which can not only adjust the air gap magnetic field of the motor,but also reduce the electricity generated by the motor.Excitation loss improves the efficiency of the motor.The traditional winding is made up of a circular copper wire wound on the stator.The copper wire is tightly held together in the groove,but due to the special shape of the round copper wire,even if the winding is close again,Leave a gap.In addition,the heat dissipation capability of the air is relatively weak,so that the stator winding temperature rises faster and the temperature is higher.When the motor is at high speed,it will have a bad influence on the motor,such as the permanent magnet demagnetization of the permanent magnet motor.Therefore,based on the above research on the hybrid excitation motor,this paper proposes a method to ensure the integrity of the rotor of the motor itself,to ensure the structural strength of the rotor of the motor,and to ensure the structural strength of the permanent magnet through a new structure,so that the new rotor can be adapted.A novel hybrid excitation claw pole motor with various operating conditions at different speeds and an improved hybrid excitation claw pole motor.The optimal size of the motor is obtained by size optimization.The improved hybrid excitation claw pole motor realizes double parallel hybrid excitation on the basis of adding permanent magnets between the poles.In addition,the newstructure through the design of the special structure,while ensuring the strength,improve the utilization of the overall space of the motor,especially the utilization of the winding space of the motor end,and further improve the torque density of the claw pole motor.At the same time,the traditional round wire winding is replaced by a flat wire stator winding,the winding process of the stator winding is optimized,and the stator slot full rate and the motor heat dissipation capability of the motor are improved under the condition of reducing the length of the motor end winding.At the same time,using the three-dimensional finite element software to simulate and analyze the new type of claw motor,the electric gap magnetic dense cloud diagram,magnetic force line cloud diagram,air gap magnetic density waveform diagram of the new hybrid excitation claw pole motor under no-load condition and load condition are obtained.Inductive voltage and other related parameters,and the main structural parameters of the rotor and stator of the motor are selected and optimized according to the structural characteristics of the motor.Finally,the overall structural parameters of the new hy brid excitation claw pole motor are obtained.In addition,according to the shortcomings of the new claw-pole motor,the improved claw-pole motor is further proposed,and its structural characteristics and magnetic circuit characteristics are analyzed,and the main parameters are optimized.Finally,the improved claw-pole motor,the new claw-pole motor and the traditional claw-pole motor are compared and analyzed,and the effective value of the flux linkage of the new claw-pole motor,the effective value of the induced voltage,the average air gap magnetic density and the mechanical structural characteristics are obtained.In the traditional claw pole motor,the parameters of the improved claw pole motor are higher than those of the new claw pole motor and the conventional claw pole motor.
