With the continuous development of science and technology,missiles play a vital role in modern warfare.Therefore,the performance of missile launch vehicles as their ground mobile equipment determines the operational effectiveness of missiles.However,with the increasing demand for the function of the launch vehicle,the difficulty of intelligent,digital,and integrated remote control of the vehicle-mounted equipment is increasing.In response to this problem,this paper combines the research process of a certain type of missile launch vehicle and combines the popular embedded technology to propose a power control system based on VX Works embedded system and PC104 microcomputer.Intelligent and digital remote monitoring of the device.According to the actual needs,this paper finally establishes the design scheme of VX Works+PC104 microcomputer after comparing and analyzing the functions of each part.The main contents of the thesis work are as follows:(1)Starting from the development status of the power control system,the relevant technologies adopted by the power control system are analyzed and summarized,and the embedded technology is selected as the core technology of the system;(2)How to realize the power control system according to the requirements The overall design plan,combined with the actual development conditions,determines the use of 104-1649CLD2 NA as the main controller,selects the VX Works embedded operating system as the software development platform;(3)designs the hardware functions of the power control system,including the power module and the switch acquisition module.,switch output module,AD acquisition module,high voltage acquisition module,RS485/RS422 module.(4)Using the Tornado development environment,the multi-task function of the power control system is designed based on the VX Works embedded operating system.(5)Starting from the actual needs of the development process of the launch vehicle,the test of each functional module of the power control system was completed,and the real-time,stability and reliability of the system were verified.Finally,the system is tested according to the initial requirements.The design achieves various functional objectives,completes the software and hardware design of the power control system,and finally realizes remote intelligent and digital monitoring of the vehicle equipment through the power control system.
