| China is a big ocean country,and the development of marine science and technology is becoming more and more mature.Marine vehicles and working tools and equipment are gradually combined with science and technology to move towards intelligent development.Science and technology is a double-edged sword.The advancement of marine science and technology leads China’s progress to the world.At the same time,many means of obtaining illegal elements of marine resources are becoming more and more.For example,advanced intelligent technologies such as working robots and robots are used to profit.In recent years,illegal theft of important marine resources such as ancient cultural relics and sea sands has occurred from time to time.In order to protect marine resources from damage,it is necessary to make full use of existing information technology,combining Internet of Things big data,machine vision technology and satellite surveillance.Establish a maritime resource monitoring system to monitor the suspicious operations in real time.This paper introduces the maritime monitoring system with the example of ancient cultural relics monitoring.In order to effectively protect and develop marine resources,based on machine vision technology,image processing technology,moving target detection and tracking technology,suspicious ships are adjacent to their exclusive economic zones and neighboring cities in China.The navigation time and location characteristics of the sea area are detected and identified.After analysis and comparison,more information about the distribution,speed,heading and track law of the vessel is obtained,and the development of the marine security cause is actively participated to better protect China’s marine resources.This project uses experimental and numerical simulation methods to conduct video surveillance of marine vessels for a certain sea area resource protection,analyze and compare the behavior characteristics of some illegal ships to steal sea sand or steal underwater ancient cultural relics,and build them by satellite or GPRS technology.An offshore video capture platform consists of three parts: equipment storage,power supplyand video surveillance.Wind,solar and tidal energy are the main sources of power for the platform.The machine-based sea suspicious ship identification algorithm is studied.Combined with the background difference method,a set of suspicious ship discriminant criteria based on time and reciprocating motion is proposed.The mean drift method is used to realize the ship tracking technology,including the research on ship identification detection. |
