The wired guided missiles are widely used in modern warfare,and the wire in the guided missiles has a great influence on the missile's flight attitude.The wire sizing during the manufacture of the wire package directly affects the parallel winding of the wire and the storage and smooth release of the guided missile.The uneven sizing causes the wire package stress to be uneven,and even the wire package is loose and collapsed,which leads to the failure of the manufacture of the wire package.Therefore,it is urgent to solve the problem of rapid,uniform and accurate sizing of the wire under high-speed winding and precise control of the amount of the adhesive.In response to this problem,this paper uses the online sizing method to design an online automatic glue spraying system.The physicochemical properties of binders used for guided wires determine whether spray sizing can be achieved.To this end,the experiments on the physicochemical properties of the binder were designed and the viscosity and volatilization characteristics were analyzed.The results show that the viscosity and evaporation rate of the binder are within the range required by existing spray systems.Based on the experimental results of the physicochemical properties of the binder and the type analysis of the nozzle,the structural design of the high pressure internal mixing atomizing nozzle was developed.According to the basic theory of fluid dynamics,the FLUENT software is used to simulate and optimize the influence of the gas-liquid angle of the nozzle,the length of the mixing chamber and the length of the injection hole on the atomization effect,and the gas-liquid angle of nozzle is obtained.The optimum parameters of mixing chamber length and injection hole length are 30°,10 mm and 0.8 mm,respectively.The atomization ability of the nozzle is the lowest,that is,D32 is the smallest,the colloid is finer,the spray droplets are relatively uniform,and the atomization effect is better.Aiming at the problem of precise control of the amount of binder,the piezoelectric ceramic is used as the driving source and the piezoelectric driven injection valve is designed by taking advantage of the fast response of the piezoelectric ceramic and the large output force.The working principle and structure of the injection valve are analyzed.The magnification of the lever displacement amplification mechanism is analyzed to verify the rationality of the lever design.In order to realize on-line automatic sizing,a set of automatic glue spraying device control system is designed.The system is mainly composed of two parts:automatic glue spraying device hardware and software design.Combined with the actual sizing process,the mathematical model of the sizing process is derived.The hardware of the automatic glue spraying device was selected.According to the mathematical model of the automatic glue spraying device hardware and the principle of the automatic glue spraying control system,the simulation model of the automatic glue spraying system was established.The model was simulated by Simulink module in MATLAB software.analysis.When the parameters of Kp,Ti and Td of PID controller are 0.0055,0.55 and 0 respectively,the adjustment time of the system is 0.14ms,no overshoot,and the steady state error is 0.05%,which basically meets the automatic glue control system.Control requirements.Based on OPC technology,the communication between the upper computer and the lower computer PLC is realized.According to the control requirements of the actual project and the program control scheme diagram of the automatic glue spraying system,the program design of the upper computer and the lower computer is completed,and the ladder diagram program of the lower computer PLC is simulated and debugged.The program control requirements of automatic glue spraying system were met.Combined with the ladder diagram program of PLC,the monitor interface and program of the host computer are designed,and the program is simulated and debugged to realize the control of the automatic glue spraying system and the real-time monitoring of the running state of the system.
