Research And Application Of Design And Construction On Jinan Luyi Urban Farm

With the acceleration of urbanization and the shortage of urban green land caused by large-scale infrastructure construction,roof garden has developed rapidly as an effective way to meet the needs of urban residents and solve environmental problems.With the acceleration of promotion and construction,the roof garden appears low utilization rate,poor management,unreasonable design and construction and other phenomena.The participatory landscape design of roof garden is very necessary,the well-known roof garden at home and abroad is based on the architectural features,determine the theme,so that the design is popular.As the capital of Shandong province,Jinan is a big agricultural province.Since the construction and promotion of roof garden in Jinan,it has developed rapidly,but there are some problems.So this paper takes the Jinan roof garden as the breakthrough point,this paper discusses the roof garden design and construction,bottleneck problems in analysis of roof garden development advantage at home and abroad,puts forward the strategies for developing problems,research different function building roof garden design pattern,explore "urban rural theme" type of roof garden in Jinan with the feasibility of design.The general idea of the article is as follows: theoretical analysis--field research analysis--strategy research--case application.Through extensive literature reading and on-the-spot investigation research new problems found in a different perspective,through a summary of the existing roof garden use of current situation of the development of its developing trend,classifying the roof garden,according to the observation and the existent data design principles are summarized,on the basis of the research achievements of sociology,psychology,behavioral science,from the Angle of the roof garden users and developers to analyze the roof garden design research.Through the summary of roof garden pattern,field investigation and analysis,specific roof design and construction analysis,a set of relatively complete roofgarden design theory is formed,which provides the basis for luyi's "urban garden" design.Using the method of literature investigation,in-depth understanding of roof garden and its related theoretical meaning of the concept and research development present situation,grasp the development trend of construction of roof garden and design features,at the same time,based on the characteristics of domestic bearing building roof garden and garden features a comprehensive classification,analysis of different architecture and function orientation mode of roof garden design points,comb design principles,provide the feasible theory basis for roof garden design,meet the demand of different roof garden design.Through field investigation of some classic cases of roof gardens in China,positioning mode,analysis of design points and experience.This paper summarizes the design characteristics and landscape patterns of different roof gardens to provide theoretical support for the establishment of "urban garden" roof garden theme.To carry on the field investigation to Jinan roof garden,analyzes the present situation and the insufficiency,in order to learn from each other in the design application;And through questionnaire survey and field analysis,summarize the behavior characteristics and preferences of people,put forward more scientific design principles,in order to guide the design of a more participatory roof garden landscape scheme.The site is a commercial complex in Jinan luyi district.Firstly,the site was investigated and measured on the spot.According to the characteristics of the building and the applicable population,the design mode was positioned,and the roof garden design methods and principles summarized in the early stage were applied to the roof garden landscape design of the commercial complex in luyi district.At the same time,combined with the situation of Jinan city,"urban garden" is established as the design theme of luyi roof garden,combining agricultural landscape and roof garden landscape into the case design.In addition,a complete roof garden design and construction plan is formed through technical analysis of base structure construction,substrate selection,planting design and load,providing theoretical reference for related roof garden design and construction.
