| In order to monitor the erosion of the local piers riverbeds that have been in the environment of three-dimensional water for a long time,this study designed a riverbed erosion monitoring system based on gravity driven magnetic sensing.The system uses the sector scanning sonar technology to scan the riverbed scouring,and provides pre-information for the selection of equipment placement points such as magnetic sensors.Combined with the gravity-driven guide rail,the magnetic dipole freedom is reduced to achieve the purpose of simplifying the inversion calculation process and clarifying the inversion position.According to the magnetic dipole model,this study designed a ferromagnetic sensor with underwater operation,remote switch,self-power supply,etc.Among them,the function of the remote switch can be used to separate the sensor magnetic field from the background magnetic field.At present,the magnetic dipole location method at home and abroad is too complex,the required instrument cost is too high,the ability to adapt to the environment is weak,this study through the change of magnetic dipole magnetic field spatial distribution coordinate system,in three directions of magnetic field distribution formula,deriving a formula that can invert the position of a single-degree-of-freedom ferromagnetic sensor.The inversion formula is a unary two-time equation,which is easy to find theoretical solution,and there are only two theoretical solutions,which is easy to select positive solution.In order to prove the establishment of the position inversion formula of ferromagnctic sensor,this study was verified by ANSYS finite element simulation and experiment.Although there are some differences in morphology between magnetic dipole and ferromagnetic sensor,which caused the magnetic field intensity generated by ferromagnetic sensor is different from the theoretical magnetic field intensity given by the magnetic dipole magnetic field distribution mode,the inversion result has a small error.The results showed that the formula can be used as the inversion formula of ferromagnetic sensor position,and has certain anti-noise ability.In order to study the influence of each preset parameter on the inversion results,this study obtained the influence of each preset parameter on the inversion result through the method of control variable by the analysis of ANSYS finite element simulation and experimental data.And then,design points are given for the setting of each preset parameter.This study has compiled the program of’ gravity driiven magnetic sensor riverbed erosion moniloring system according to the derived formula,forming a user interface to achieve remote monitoring. |
