Compared with traditional bridge construction methods,the bridge rotation construction has some obvious advantages such as not affecting the existing traffic lines,shortening the construction period,reliable engineering quality,improving the construction environment and construction conditions,and reducing construction cost.On the other hand,V-pier bridge is a kind of favorable bridge types due to its beautiful alignment and reasonable structural stress.However,the application of rotational construction in V-pier bridge is currently rare in actual engineering.In order to ensure the construction safety and meet the design requirements after the completion of the bridge,it is necessary to carry out structural simulation analysis and construction control technology research on the application of rotary construction in V-pier rigid frame bridge.Firstly,the construction methods,the development of the rotational construction and construction control at home and abroad and the structural advantages of V-pier rigid frame bridge are summarized.The engineering background of the rotational construction project of V-pier rigid frame bridge over railway is introduced.The bridge construction monitoring and control theory is expounded,which lays a theoretical foundation for bridge structure simulation analysis and construction monitoring.Then,midas Civil is employed to carry out structural simulation analysis of the main bridge where the stress and deformation distributions change regulations of the main bridge structure in every construction stage are studied and the change characteristics are summarized.The obtained results can provide reasonable construction pre-camber for the workers as well as theoretical guidance for on-site monitoring.The construction procedure and construction key points of the swivel bridge are introduced,and the related work of on-site construction monitoring is explained.Subsequently,the project construction monitoring results are summarized,and the construction monitoring results are compared with the theoretical values.The results show that the turning process is stable and safe;the bridge alignment control is in good condition and meets the design requirements;the stress is always within the safe range,and the construction control work is successfully completed,which can provide a certain reference for this kind of swivel construction monitoring.Finally,a combined forecasting model is proposed in order to overcome the limitations of the current single monitoring means of rotational state in the process of rotation construction.In particular,the weight coefficient is firstly introduced to optimize the sequence based on the traditional unequal interval grey model,then Fourier transform function is used to correct the residual errors to improve the prediction accuracy and get the final prediction value.Based on the results,it is notable that the prediction accuracy is good and can provide reference data for the rotational construction,so as to make corresponding preparatory measures in advance.In a word,the new method has practical engineering value.
