Electrostatic accelerometer,as an accelerometer that can accurately measure the slowly changing acceleration,has been widely used in space microgravity environment.But for the electrostatic accelerometer used in the ground measurement environment,it needs to overcome the gravity acceleration,which makes the support voltage of the electrostatic support system is too high to realize.Moreover,it is easy to realize that the measurement medium of space accelerometer is vacuum medium,but it is difficult to keep the measurement medium of electrostatic accelerometer applied to ground measurement as vacuum medium.To solve these problems,a support system using silicone oil as measuring medium is proposed,and a corresponding detection system is proposed for the support system.In this paper,the support system and detection system of electrostatic accelerometer are studied as follows:1)Overall scheme study.This paper analyses the requirement of electrostatic accelerometer on the premise of ground measurement,analyses the feasibility of electrostatic support system with vacuum as measurement medium under ground measurement condition,and puts forward a new electrostatic support system with silicone oil as medium and carries out feasibility analysis.For this electrostatic support system,a corresponding detection system is proposed to realize the high resolution parameters of electrostatic accelerometer.2)Design and implementation of optical detection system for electrostatic accelerometer.In order to make the control system match the controlled object better,this paper models and analyses the characteristic parameters of the controlled object,calculates the transfer function of the controlled object,and verifies it.According to the characteristics of the controlled object,an optical interferometry system for measuring small displacement is designed.By discussing different control algorithms,the control algorithm which is most suitable for the control system is selected.3)Design and implementation of high voltage support system for electrostatic accelerometer.The silicone oil measurement medium is analyzed,the related problems caused by the silicone oil measurement medium are put forward,and the solutions are put forward.The design and implementation of high-pressure support system with high-resolution Bentley are completed.Finally,an experimental platform is built to measure the electrostatic accelerometer system.Verify the feasibility of support system and detection system.
