With the rapid development of information technology such as cloud computing,big data,artificial intelligence,etc.,enterprises have more advanced technical support to promote the improvement of their management level and innovation of management mode.At the same time,the business of the company is constantly expanding and changing,which makes the financial management of the company adapt to changes.Therefore,the development of the company’s financial sharing model is driven by both business and technology.Intelligent technology can help companies improve execution efficiency and reduce the risk of manual errors.Through the mining and analysis of big data,data support can be provided to enterprises from more levels.The Corporate Finance Sharing Center has standardized financial operations processes,manages large amounts of financial data,and provides advice and data support to business units.Therefore,the establishment of a financial sharing center optimization solution based on big data and intelligent background will help the enterprise financial sharing center to optimize and improve efficiency,decision support and risk control.Based on the financial sharing model,this paper takes the material accounting of Z Group Enterprise Financial Shared Service Center as an example,and analyzes the accounting process and optimization requirements.On this basis,using robotic process automation,BP neural network and decision tree algorithm as tools,the material accounting optimization scheme of Z enterprise is proposed,which is business process automation,project material cost prediction and supervision,and big data based on The supplier classification was analyzed and a case study was conducted.In the specific optimization plan,the first is the robot process automation program,which sorts out the operation procedures of material procurement and warehousing,material delivery,payables payment and financial accounting.The discovery belongs to the business with standardized operation process,and cooperates with electronic image function and image recognition,speech recognition and other technologies to realize the automatic processing of automatic identification and verification of purchase invoice,automatic matching of original documents of material delivery order and automatic matching of system documents.Then it is the material cost forecasting and supervision.The BP neural network model is trained according to the eigenvalues of the project,and then the eigenvalues of the new project are input into the model,and the material cost of a certain segment is trained and learned.In the new engineering section,the learning model is used to predict the material cost of the material,and as a means of auxiliary supervision,the material waste is supervised.Finally,based on the decision tree supplier classification evaluation,through the characteristic data of the material supplier,the decision tree C5.0 algorithm is used to classify and evaluate the supplier,so that the financial sharing center can provide the decision basis for the supplier evaluation to the business department.The conclusions and outlook of the study are given at the end of the article.Through the optimization research on the material accounting of Z Enterprise Financial Sharing Center,it is helpful to solve the difficulties encountered by Z Enterprise Financial Sharing Center in accounting efficiency,risk identification and decision support,and enrich the connotation of financial accounting under financial sharing mode.The further development of the sharing model provides ideas.
