Since the reform and opening up,China's industrial modernization process has been continuously promoted.A large number of machinery manufacturing enterprises have emerged in China,and the market demand for machinery products has gradually increased.From the perspective of the enterprise,it is possible to obtain more benefits by producing as many products as possible.In the face of large-scale orders,if the previous manual scheduling method is still adopted,the materials in the workshop production will be directly put into production,and the orders will not be produced as planned.Some equipments will run at full capacity.This has led to problems such as stoppage of work,large backlog of semi-finished products,overtime work,add points,and even failure to complete orders on time.In view of the above problems,in order to solve the problem that the mechanical manufacturing enterprise management personnel can not quickly and effectively arrange the workshop production,and solve the low utilization rate of the production equipment in the workshop.Based on the in-depth study of the scheduling algorithm and the production process of the workshop,the paper designs a particle swarm optimization algorithm based on Hamming distance and immune thought to solve the problem of planned production in mechanical manufacturing.Firstly,the paper analyzes the problems in the production of machinery manufacturing enterprises through field research and related materials.Secondly,in-depth study of the relevant theoretical knowledge of the APS system,provides knowledge support for the relevant solutions proposed.Then,select a typical case enterprise of machinery manufacturing,analyze the production mode and management status of the enterprise,and summarize the production process of the enterprise workshop.Then,the particle swarm optimization algorithm and Hamming distance are introduced.The particle swarm optimization algorithm is easy to fall into the local optimal solution and the convergence speed is slow.Finally,the research uses the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the problem of shop scheduling.Based on the above research,the APS scheduling system applied to machinery manufacturing enterprises is developed using the Java language.Finally,from the order set,the order is divided into work orders,work order matching,work order scheduling,a seriesof processes to display the scheduling results in the Gantt chart,to verify the availability of the APS system.
