The high-speed,high-torque special permanent magnet synchronous motor can meet the test conditions of multiple working conditions,and has the characteristics of reliable operation and high efficiency.Vibration and noise performance is one of the important performances of permanent magnet synchronous motors.Most of the research on the vibration of permanent magnet synchronous motors mainly considers the influence of its structural parameters.As the permanent magnet synchronous motor drive device,the variable frequency speed control device has little research on the influence of the harmonic current in the power supply harmonic generated by the inverter circuit on the vibration of the permanent magnet synchronous motor,so it has research value.In this paper,the theoretical derivation,finite element simulation and experimental method are combined to study the harmonic current distribution characteristics generated by the inverter circuit,the electromagnetic force space characteristics and frequency domain characteristics of the permanent magnet synchronous motor,and the vibration characteristics of the permanent magnet synchronous motor.The influence of the harmonic current generated by the inverter circuit on the vibration performance of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is analyzed.Firstly,the frequency domain distribution characteristics of the harmonic current generated by the inverter circuit are analyzed theoretically.Then the harmonic current acquisition and analysis system is built.The harmonic current experiment is performed on the target motor,and the experimental results and theoretical analysis results are compared and analyzed.The results are consistent.The influence of carrier frequency and output reactor on harmonic distortion rate is analyzed.Through the theoretical derivation,the electromagnetic force wave frequency and frequency characteristics of the permanent magnet synchronous motor in the sine wave power supply and considering the harmonic current are analyzed.Then,the electromagnetic field analysis model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is established based on the specific structural parameters of the target motor,and the air gap magnetic field is analyzed.Through-density and electromagnetic force,the spatial and frequency characteristics of the electromagnetic force of the motor under two power supply conditions are compared and analyzed.The analysis results show that the harmonic current does not change the spatial characteristics of the electromagnetic force of the permanent magnet synchronous motor,but it has a great influence on the frequency characteristics of the electromagnetic force,and additional electromagnetic force is generated near the carrier frequency.The structural finite element model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor rotor and stator system is established.The free modal simulation analysis is carried out on the rotor and stator system respectively.The modal test is carried out on the rotor and stator system by hammering method.The simulation and test of the rotor are the largest.The error is 3.7%,and the maximum error of the simulation and test of the stator system is 6.6%,which ensures the accuracy of the finite element model of the rotor and stator system structure.Based on the structural finite element model,the modal analysis of the rotor and stator system is carried out,and the analysis results will be applied to the calculation of the vibration response of the motor.Based on the test bench for auto parts,the target motor is subjected to vibration test,including steady speed and speed-up conditions,and the vibration data is post-processed and analyzed.The vibration response of the motor casing is calculated by the modal superposition method.The test values and simulation values under the same working condition are compared and analyzed to verify the correctness of the simulation method.Change the carrier frequency and the inductance value of the output reactor,analyze the influence of different harmonic current distortion on the vibration of the permanent magnet synchronous motor,and find that the harmonic current distortion rate has a great influence on the vibration of the permanent magnet synchronous motor,especially in the carrier frequency and its multiple.At the frequency,the greater the harmonic current distortion rate,the more obvious the high-frequency electromagnetic vibration.
