| As one of the most widely used transmission and transformation equipment in power system,high voltage AC disconnector has caused great economic and security losses to power system when fault occurs,especially when current carrying fault occurs in recent years with the increase of its operation life.Therefore,the analysis and Research on the current-carrying fault of high-voltage AC disconnector has important reference value for improving the stability and safety of high-voltage AC disconnector,and also has certain practical significance for ensuring the economic and reliable operation of power system.In this paper,firstly,the function and types of high voltage AC disconnectors are analyzed and studied,and the principle and classification of high voltage AC disconnectors are introduced in detail,which lays a solid foundation for the research of fault analysis.Secondly,the causes of current-carrying faults of high voltage AC disconnectors are analyzed and studied,and the phases are given.The corresponding treatment measures provide effective guidance for the actual overhaul operation;then,according to the main factors causing the current-carrying fault of high-voltage AC disconnector:spring manufacturing,silver plating,conductive grease,anti-corrosion treatment and contact finger structure,this paper carries out in-depth exploration and research for the actual operation and maintenance of maintenance personnel.The overhaul work provides a reliable reference;finally,based on the analysis of fault causes,the current-carrying fault of high-voltage AC disconnector is evaluated and preventive model is constructed,which provides an effective early warning for the occurrence of current-carrying fault of high-voltage AC disconnector,reduces the overhaul and inspection workload of overhaul workers,and provides changes.Power supply reliability of power plants and even power systems.Because of the similarity of structure and function of HV AC disconnector,GW4 HV AC disconnector,which is widely used in power system,is selected as the research object in this paper.Combining with its own structural and functional characteristics,its current-carrying fault is analyzed and studied.This research aims at GW4 high voltage AC disconnector,but also applies to different structures of high voltage AC disconnector.It provides important theoretical support and reference for improving the reliability of high voltage AC disconnector. |
