Research On Design Of Vending Machine Based On PDDM Method

In recent years,as China’s economic and technological development continues to improve,automated machinery plays an increasingly important role in our lives,and is applied more and more to different fields.As a new form of automated retailing,vending machines have been more and more widely used in our daily life,and more convenient for our life.At present,vending machines have been very popular in some western developed countries,but they are still at the initial stage in China.As a new market for vending machines,we need to study the needs of consumers,solve the shortage of vending machines on the market,and explore new vending machines.Style,which is of great significance to the development of vending machines in China.Vending machines sell a wide variety of products.In this paper,vending machines selling fast food boxes are studied.The PDDM method is used to analyze the selected components and their structural planning according to their functional definition.The first chapter discusses the background of vending machine,investigates the current situation of vending machine at home and abroad,summarizes the PDDM method used,and the purpose and significance of using PDDM method in vending machine research,so as to lay a logical foundation for the whole design.The second chapter elaborates the concept,method,function and significance of PDDM theory,probes into the connotation of PDDM theory,and establishes a perfect theory and application system of PDDM design method.The third chapter is the investigation and analysis of existing vending machines.The fourth chapter applies the PDDM method to vending machines to explore the feasibility of PDDM in the innovative design of vending machines for vending machines.According to its functional definition,the necessary accessories are selected and their structural layout and assembly methods are analyzed.Finally,the PDDM design method is summarized.
