High Sensitive Flow Data Processing And Software Implementation

As an advanced instrument for quantitative analysis and sorting of single cell,flow cytometry has many advantages,such as fast detection,multiple measurement parameters,reliable data and high accuracy.With the deepening of the research on cell medicine,the diagnosis of cell diseases relies more and more on high-precision medical instruments.Therefore,improving the performance of flow cytometer is very important for the research of life science and clinical medicine.In this design,a set of highly automated software for the operation of spectral flow cytometer is developed for the use of CCD to collect full spectrum flow cytometer,which serves as the last link between the detector and the experimenter.Through the predetermined parameters and flow chart,the experimenter can easily and conveniently carry out batch automation operation.At the same time,considering the large amount of data in the spectral flow analysis system,this design proposes an ideal algorithm flow with high precision and high speed for various use scenarios of the instrument.In addition,this design has a higher degree of freedom and extensibility.Different groups of experiments can adopt different algorithm processes,in addition to several presupposed algorithm processes,it also supports the formation of a custom algorithm process through existing algorithm units;for the need to use additional algorithm units,the design also allows importation from the outside,which will inherit the abstract superclass new algorithm of the algorithm unit.The unit can be updated directly without adding extra encoding.Finally,the software is tested,and the results show that the software and the lower computer cooperate well to meet the requirements of automatic operation and high-speed data acquisition of the spectrometer.At the same time,the preset algorithm flow is used to process the simulation and real data,and the accuracy and speed of the processing results are in line with expectations.
