In recent years,with more and more serious pollution problems,renewable energy has attracted the attention of many countries at home and abroad.Wind energy is a kind of pollution-free clean energy,if the use of wind energy will have great economic benefits.Wind power is a very important parameter of wind energy.The accuracy of real-time wind power measurement is directly related to whether the wind generator can output power smoothly and efficiently.Wind power is important for wind energy assessment and wind power systems.Wind technology at home and abroad has a lot of,and other methods,ultrasonic wind mechanical part so no need to go to for maintenance and maintenance,its working principle is to measure the signal from transmitting to receiving the amount of time,the signal of the loose circle time,by the time delay estimation method can be concluded that the wind speed,and can get wind power measurements,this method can not only get more accurate measurement results,and in bad weather conditions can still satisfy the measurement requirements.The time delay estimation method can get the flying time of ultrasonic wave quickly.In view of the noise in wind power system,this paper first discusses and studies the problem of alpha stable distribution and time delay estimation.In the process of signal modeling,it can be divided into two models based on gaussian model and alpha stable distribution model.However,the signals in the wind power system are usually pulsed,so the gaussian model cannot be used for modeling.In order to solve this problem,this paper optimizes the adaptive time delay estimation method,which USES the assumption that the signal in the wind power system is stable as alpha and changes the optimization criteria of the signal.The simulation results on computer and comparison with otheralgorithms show that this method has better performance.Then the ultrasonic acquisition system is established to obtain the system reference signal and echo signal,and the accuracy of the algorithm is verified by experiments.Then the real-time wind speed can be calculated according to the estimated value of time delay,and the wind power value can be obtained from the formula.Finally,by comparing the errors generated by the three algorithms,the improved adaptive time delay estimation method is proved to have higher accuracy.
