In order to meet consumers' requirements for visual aesthetics of new energy vehicles,This paper takes "dolphin" as the bionic object,and combines morphological bionic design with CFD numerical simulation.On the basis of automobile shape modeling obtained by means of the low resistance bionic design,aiming at low wind resistance,household car new energy for the body shape design and the analysis and research,obtained a "dolphin type stooped" body shape modelling.Through the numerical simulation analysis of the body flow field,the following results are obtained: The surface pressure of the designed car model shows a downward trend from the front to the rear,the front part of the car is under positive pressure,and the rear part forms a large range of negative pressure area,which causes the pressure drag of the car.It is the main cause of the body aerodynamic resistance,which leads to the large area of eddy current in the rear part of the body.The turbulence kinetic energy of the designed model is mainly distributed in the junction between the engine cover and the front windshield and the rear area.The airflow speed is slow and chaotic,resulting in high turbulence kinetic energy and turbulence dissipation rate.Selecting the three important factors of the engine hood tilt Angle,the Angle of the hood and the front Windshield and the rake angle of rear windshield,by analyzing the single parameter influence on automobile wind resistance coefficient value,the corresponding drag coefficient variation curve were obtained.Through the optimization analysis,the curve of resistance coefficient of the designed model shows an oscillating change state,the oscillation degree gradually slows down with the increase of iteration number,and the resistance coefficient CD is stable at 0.344.The body shape of "dolphin shaped curve back" designed in this paper was analyzed through aerodynamic performance.Its aerodynamic coefficient CD is between 0.28 and 0.40,meetting the requirements of design standards and providing reference for the design and analysis of automobile shape,which has a certain practical significance.
