Transformer is one of the important equipment in the power system,and its safe operation is directly related to the safety and reliability of the grid power supply.As the capacity of the power grid increases,the transformer fault caused by winding faults is on the rise.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the transformer winding deformation test method and device for the safe and stable operation of the transformer and reduce the power transformer accident.In order to detect whether the power transformer winding is deformed or not,the conventional means to test the transformer winding deformation has its advantages and disadvantages,but it is difficult to accurately measure the slight deformation of the winding.A slight winding deformation may cause minor damage to the local insulation,which may cause discharge and insulation aging.In this work,a nanosecond impulse response detection method for slight deformation of windings is proposed,which uses a square wave pulse signal with a nanosecond rising front and several hundred volts amplitude as the excitation of the winding,and evaluates the winding through its time domain and frequency domain response analysis.The deformation condition,the nanosecond pulse test system has a wider spectrum,faster response,and higher detection sensitivity,and is a new technical means for effectively measuring the slight deformation of the transformer winding.This work mainly completed the development of transformer winding deformation detection equipment based on nanosecond pulse and carried out related design and test research.The main conclusions include:successful development of nanosecond pulse transformer winding deformation detection equipment,the excitation pulse rising front is 5-10ns,the amplitude is 10-600 volts;verify the feasibility of the nanosecond pulse method,and use the development equipment It can detect the deformation of the internal winding of the transformer;obtain a lot of valuable curves and data through field test,and summarize the relevant testing experience;it is more accurate and accurate than the oscilloscope in data acquisition;nanosecond impulse response method The traditional FRA detection method can effectively detect winding deformation and has higher sensitivity,and can detect minute deformation.
