Abstract/Summary:
With the development of the construction industry market,the number of projects for reinforcement and reconstruction has gradually increased.Due to the impact of natural disasters such as earthquakes,fires and landslides,many economic losses and casualties have occurred.Because the technology was still immature in the early years.The service life of a group of old and disrepaired buildings with low requirements and unregulated construction is approaching or exceeding the service life;the function and scale of the building structure cannot meet the pursuit of a better life by the contemporary people,the upgrading of the factory process,the equipment renewal of the plant,etc.In all aspects,there are problems in the construction,which makes the development,reinforcement and transformation of such buildings pass the safety level appraisal,and the industry,theory and research in this area are very meaningful.The increased section reinforcement method is a traditional reinforcement method,which is mature in technology,widely used,and easy to promote.Basalt fiber is a new material popular in recent years,which is green,chemically stable,heat-resistant and weather-resistant,and cheap.Self-compacting concrete has been widely concerned due to its excellent fluidity and simple construction.The research of compacted concrete is in the development stage.It is of certain significance to study the mechanical properties of the strengthened section by combining the characteristics of the two materials.The combination of basalt fiber and self-compacting concrete can make up for the problem of the self-compacting concrete itself and improve other properties of the concrete.According to the influence of different basalt fiber volume on self-compacting concrete,the study is applied to the mechanical behavior of concrete beams with increased section reinforcement.The effectiveness of the enlarged section reinforcement beam model is verified by the well-established calculation software such as ABAQUS.For the self-compacting concrete with basalt fiber volume of 0%,0.1%,0.2%and 0.3%,the finite element simulation of the basalt self-compacting concrete reinforced beam is carried out,and the basalt self-compacting concrete reinforced beam pair is analyzed.The early cracking has a restraining effect,which increases the ductility of the reinforced beam and improves the bearing capacity of the reinforced beam to a certain extent.The 0.2%basalt self-compacting concrete has the best performance of the section reinforcement beam.The effects of different strength basalt fiber self-compacting concrete,stirrup spacing and new longitudinal reinforcement diameter on the reinforced beams are also studied.Through the existing reinforcement formula,the influence coefficient of the basalt self-compacting concrete reinforced beam is derived.
