At present,China has become the largest country of high-speed railway in the world.The mileage of high-speed railway is increasing day by day.At the same time,the electrification transformation of general-speed railway is advancing synchronously.While electrified railway changes energy structure and improves transportation efficiency,its shortcomings,such as complex equipment,wide range of points,and the need for continuous maintenance by a large number of personnel,are also exposed.One point of failure often results in affecting the whole region traffic network accidents.Therefore,the safe and reliable operation of railway catenary power supply system is extremely important for electrified railway transportation.At present,although the application of detection technology of overhead and pull-out value of contact line has been relatively mature,with the emergence of new equipment,the original initial detection means have been overwhelmed.Electrified railway urgently needs to supplement a large number of new detection equipment.At the same time,it accelerates the improvement of existing equipment technology and speeds up the establishment of an efficient intelligent detection system to cope with the surge of electrified mileage and complex equipment.Aiming at the problems existing in contact line inspection and the development of new type inspection vehicle,this paper studies the management and technical problems,application difficulties and solutions of Contact line Inspection in high-speed railway based on the technical evaluation test of new type inspection vehicle in Shenda section of Beijing-Hami high-speed line.Through necessary planning adjustment and technology upgrade,the problems existing in the detection are warned and corrected to ensure the safety and accuracy of the contact line detection.
