| Bee farming is one of the most important traditional industries in the world,and also plays an important role in modern agriculture.However,the traditional shoulder-to-shoulder beekeeping mode has seriously hindered its normal development,such as high labor intensity,difficulty in transferring sites,and the aging of employees.The design and development of special beekeeping vehicle has initially realized the mechanization of beekeeping,which has obviously improved the predicament faced by the beekeeping industry.However,at present,there are many problems in beekeeping vehicle on the market,such as the small number of beehives,the low degree of automation in operation,and the poor living and living conditions.Therefore,this paper designs a new intensive uploading structure on the basis of the existing beekeeping special vehicle,which achieves the functions of intensive,multi-function,large loading quantity,large living space,and high degree of automation and completes supporting facilities of beekeeping vehicle.The main research contents are as follows:(1)According to the predicted parameters of the model,a suitable mature chassis is selected as the chassis of this model,and the main performance parameters of the selected chassis are calculated and checked to ensure that the chassis meets the requirements of the upper loading.Following the design requirements of special vehicle,the mobile parts of the designed intensive beekeeping vehicle can move flexibly,the fixed parts are firm and reliable,and good beekeeping and transportation functions can be realized.(2)The design of the special purpose vehicle.According to the biological characteristics of bees,the advanced design and analysis software,such as UG modeling and CAE analysis,is used to reduce the forward development and test time of the project.A new redesign of fixed beehive shelf,mobile shelf,back platform,living room and operation automation system is carried out to improve the practicability and economy of the vehicle,reduce the labor intensity of users,and improve the operation convenience and economic benefits.(3)Verification of intensive beekeeping special purpose vehicle.The strength calculation of key parts such as front and rear axles and upper loading is carried out,and the finite element analysis of intensive upper loading is carried out.The problem of excess material is found in the whole.Therefore,the light weight design of fixed shelf is carried out to reduce the weight of upper loading structure,so as to obtain a reasonable upper loading structure.At the same time,the suspension system and the dynamic performance of the vehicle are tested. |
