Based on the prefabricated bridge deck of Chongqing Water and Soil Jialing River Bridge,this paper studies the design requirements of crack resistance and toughening of bridge deck concrete.By studying the effects of crack-resistant and toughened materials on the early crack resistance,deformation properties and fracture properties of concrete,the following conclusions were drawn:After adding anti-cracking and toughening materials,there is a certain loss of fluidity.The difference of the workability of the same type of fiber on the concrete is small;the influence of the compressive strength and the flexural strength is not obvious,and the increase of the splitting tensile strength is more than 10%.It is beneficial for early age crack resistance.After the fiber is added,the PVA short fiber is small,which is beneficial to the initial cracking strength of the concrete.However,the excessive cracking strength of the concrete is smaller than that of the blank control group,and the PP fiber has no obvious effect on the initial cracking strength of the concrete;PVA and PP The increase of fracture toughness of fiber concrete is relatively large,especially when the PP fiber is greatly reduced by 56.8%.After the fiber was added,the chloride ion penetration resistance of 28 d and 56 d was improved compared with the blank control group,and the PVA fiber was better than the PP fiber.It has a certain resistance to the early shrinkage of concrete.The early shrinkage value of PP fiber in the first 7 is smaller than that of PVA fiber,but with the increase of age,there was no significant difference in the shrinkage values of PVA fibers and PP fibers.Finally,combined with the actual engineering PP fiber and PVA fiber to analyze the pouring of the bridge deck,and determine the construction process.
