One of the most important forms of damage to cement concrete pavements is the misalignment,which can seriously affect pavement performance,accelerate pavement structural damage,reduce road comfort and safety,shorten road life and increase road maintenance costs.In order to reduce the series of adverse effects brought by the wrong platform,in the process of design and construction and management and maintenance,it is necessary to understand the influencing factors of cement concrete pavement faults and comprehensively grasp the evolution law of the wrong platform to comprehensively guide the future pavement.The design and the adoption of scientific and reasonable conservation measures should further clarify the specific conservation measures and the methods for evaluating the conservation effects.Because China’s pavement management system lacks sufficient measured data of cement pavement,it is impossible to carry out relevant research on the evolution law of cement concrete pavement.However,the long-term pavement performance(LTPP)database in the United States contains a large amount of measured data.Applied to the study of the wrong platform.Although China’s road traffic conditions,climatic conditions,environment,and road structure types are different from those in the United States,there are still some objectivity and similarities in the development mechanism of cement pavements.Therefore,based on the US LTPP database,the influence of different design factors on the evolution law of cement pavement in different climate regions is studied.The multi-level model method is used to establish the evolution law model of cement concrete pavement faults,and further clarify the different faults.The specific conservation measures of the quantity and the method of evaluating the effect of the wrong platform maintenance have important practical significance for comprehensively grasping the evolution law of the wrong platform and studying the conservation measures of the cement concrete pavement in China.This paper mainly studies four aspects of the fault of the cement pavement:The first is to analyze the development mechanism and influencing factors of the cement concrete pavement.The development mechanism of cement concrete pavement is mainly through three processes:(1)the process of reducing load capacity,(2)the process of free water intrusion,(3)the comprehensive action of driving load and water.The factors affecting the staggeredness of cement concrete pavement are analyzed: the design factors such as the force-transmitting rod,the panel,the base layer anti-scour ability,drainage,roadbed,etc.,as well as the structural factors such as construction and maintenance.The driving load and environmental factors will cause the cement concrete pavement to be misaligned.The extent of the impact.The second is to analyze the construction of the LTPP database and the US cement concrete pavement.The LTPP database is summarized from five aspects: the background generated by the LTPP database,the objectives to be achieved,the project composition,the database composition and the experimental segment.The analysis of the database is analyzed.The main design factors considered in this paper are determined by statistical analysis of the existing road surface staggered prediction model: plate length,plate thickness,force-transmitting rod,drainage and base anti-scour capability;then the total average temperature and annual average precipitation are used to divide the United States.It is used to dry four different climatic regions in frozen areas,humid frozen areas,dry non-freezing areas and humid non-freezing areas.Finally,on the basis of four climatic areas,the board length,plate thickness,force-transmitting rods,drainage,and base layer anti-scour ability The five design factors are statistically calculated,calculated and summarized in the construction of cement concrete pavements in the United States.The third is to study the evolution law of the fault of cement concrete pavement.Five models of plate length,plate thickness,gravitational bar,drainage and base erosion resistance in different climatic regions(wet frozen areas,dry frozen areas,wet non-frozen areas,and dry non-freezing areas)were studied by multi-level model method.The influence of factors on the development of the fault of cement concrete pavement,and the order of the influence degree of five design factors is obtained.The fourth is to study the conservation measures and maintenance effects of the cement concrete pavement.Firstly,the concrete conservation measures of different grades of cement concrete pavement are analyzed.Then,based on the effect-cost ratio method,the best curing effect of cement concrete pavement is analyzed and studied,and cement concrete is established.The calculation model of the best maintenance effect of the pavement fault and the maintenance measures-conservation cost-index performance-continuation life analysis model,the comparison of the indicators between the different curing measures of the cement concrete pavement is obtained.Finally,the cement concrete pavement is designed to be fault.The maintenance management questionnaire was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on the maintenance engineers of the road maintenance department.They combined the actual maintenance experience and the case to give a comparison of the effects,costs and lifespan of each maintenance measure on the cement concrete pavement.
