With the increase of highway mileage,the influence range of traffic noise is expanding and the problem of highway maintenance is becoming more and more prominent.The development and application of noise-reducing super-thin cover has great effect on the improvement of traffic noise and highway maintenance.Noise-reducing super-thin cover has the advantages of repairing obvious surface diseases such as subsidence and cracks,and reducing noise between vehicles and road surface to a large extent.Because of the need of noise reduction,the void ratio of mixture needed for super-thin cover should be large enough.But in rainy season,rainwater constantly washes away the internal structure of asphalt mixture,making the asphalt film thinner and thinner.The bonding force between asphalt and aggregate is low,which results in water damage.Secondly,its void ratio is high,and it is easy to be polluted by the external environment and blocked.Therefore,its mechanical durability is poor.Therefore,it is important to study the noise-reducing ultra-thin layer mask.High viscous modified asphalt is one of the keys to ensure certain strength of asphalt mixtures.In this paper,three kinds of high viscous modified asphalt,high viscous rubber modified asphalt,TPS and SINTOPPS,which are provided by Jiuxiangda,are studied by laboratory tests.Cylindrical diagrams are drawn through the test results of penetration,ductility,softening point,penetration viscosity index and aging test of rotating film.Comparing with TPS and SINOTPS,the results show that the high-viscous rubber asphalt provided by Jiujianda has better performance.The asphalt mixture obtained by adjusting the traditional gradation of OGFC-10 with 14% and 8% voidage as the target voidage is called 1# OGFC-10 and 2# OGFC-10.According to the gradation range of OGFC-10 and the relationship between 2.36 mm and void fraction in the specification,five gradations were selected.The fitting relationship between 2.36 mm and void fraction was obtained by Marshall test.Finally,the gradations of OGFC-10,1# OGFC-10 and 2# OGFC-10 were obtained.Leakage test and dispersion test are used to determine the oil-rock ratio intervals of three gradations.The voidage obtained by Marshall test is not much different from the predicted voidage,and the stability and flow value meet the requirements of the specification.The high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance and water permeability of OGFC-10,1 # OGFC-10 and 2 # OGFC-10 were analyzed by indoor test results.The results show that the high-temperature stability and low-temperature crack resistance ofthe three mixtures can meet the requirements of the code,and their high-temperature performance is better as a whole.The permeability decreases with the decrease of void fraction.There are many ways to test the noise of pavement materials,including outdoor test and indoor test.In this paper,the noise reduction effects of OGFC-10,1 OGFC-10 and 2 OGFC-10 are tested by indirect method of indoor test.The results show that the noise reduction effects of OGFC-10 > 1#OGFC-10 > 2#OGFC-10 are similar to those of OGFC-10.In order to evaluate its durability,the submerged Marshall test,freeze-thaw splitting strength test,interlaminar shear test and the results before and after aging were analyzed comprehensively.The results show that the water stability and interlaminar cohesion of 1 # OGFC-10 and 2 # OGFC-10 are not significantly different,and both are larger than that of OGFC-10.With the increase of void fraction,the noise reduction effect of 1# OGFC-10 and 2# OGFC-10 after adjustment decreases in varying degrees,and their durability is significantly enhanced.The noise reduction effect of 1#OGFC-10 after adjustment is not much different from that of traditional OGFC-10,but its durability is significantly improved compared with that of OGFC-10. |
