| With the acceleration of the construction of urban gas pipelines,the demand for pipelines in the gas transmission and distribution industry is increasing.The advantages of PE(polyethylene)pipelines in terms of performance and quality make them in the urban gas pipeline network and gas transmission.The occupancy rate in the system is getting higher and higher.With the extensive use of polyethylene pipes,safety problems such as false welding,cold welding and leakage caused by improper welding are gradually exposed.Therefore,how to overcome the defects of polyethylene pipeline itself and improve welding quality has become a key issue for the quality management system of polyethylene pipeline welding.Supported by the "Internet+" PE pipeline intelligent welding monitoring system project,based on the current relevant standards and communication technology support,this paper designs the fingerprint identification module,the pipe identification information identification module,the automatic collection and monitoring platform for welding key parameters,and the pipeline geographic location information monitoring and welding quality warning prompt module,which forms a set of intelligent monitoring system for key parameters of PE pipe welding.Firstly,the paper introduces background of the subject and the research status in civil and abroad,analyzes the existing problems of the existing gas polyethylene management system and the key factors affecting the welding quality in the welding process,determines key parameters and monitoring index system,and develops the welder using C#language.The fingerprint acquisition PC software realizes the management of the fingerprint parameters of the welder;develops the mobile client software based on the Android platform,obtains the pipe position and identification parameters and uploads it to the server,displays the position of the weld on the map to monitor the progress of the project.The way of identification identifies the pipe identification parameters to enable intelligent verification of the components.Based on the Web application development technology,an open server platform is set up to obtain the welding key parameters and the indicators stored in the system for comparative analysis,judge the welding quality and warning,and change the disadvantages of the previous welding data monitoring that must be obtained from the construction site.The platform realizes multi-construction units,multi-inspection units,and multi-user units to log in through different ports to realize platform customization and information sharing.After testing and on-site joint debugging,the system has perfect functions,strong practicability and good stability,which can meet the needs of engineering projects.The system realizes the connection of the polyethylene pipe welding construction with the Internet,reduces the manpower consumption and fully covers the key points of the work in each stage,from which the supervision and inspection process can be traced.The research of this subject is suitable for the current development trend and market demand,having a good promotion prospect. |
