| Diesel engine,as one of the most widely used power systems now,has many unique strengths.For the power system of diesel generating set,the requirement to stability of diesel engine is very high because stable output power is needed in the process of power generation.The control stability of the diesel generator set was studied,a new strategy of rotational speed control by diesel engine controller was put forward,and the design of the whole electronic control unit is optimized.Thus,the improved system can recover to a stable state at the fastest speed when it is interfered by external uncertain load,achieving the optimal control effect.The main content is as follows:First,the background,development,domestic and foreign research status,and the research direction and problems to be solved were also put forward.The mathematical model of traditional diesel engine cannot accurately reflect the dynamic characteristics of the system when encountering the uncertain load interference.Second,through studying modern control theory,comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different modern control strategies,the sliding mode variable structure control algorithm is applied to the electronic speed control system of diesel engine.As the features of the sliding mode variable structure makes the system get ability to resist strong interference,but chattering affects the system,fuzzy control is utilized to weaken the chattering so as to optimize system performance in speed control.It puts forward a fuzzy variable structure control algorithm is applied to the controller of diesel engine.MATLAB/Simulink proves that the algorithm has good control performance.Then,the fuel injection of the electronic control system actuator of the diesel engine was optimized,and the strategy of high-pressure common rail fuel injection was proposed.The fuel injection volume control,fuel injection rate control,multiple injection coordination strategy,timing control of fuel injection and rail pressure control were designed in the high-pressure common rail system.Therefore,apart from the control module of the system,the execution module has been comprehensively optimized.Finally,the micro-control system mainly relying on single-chip MC9S12DP256B was selected and the corresponding hardware and software modules were designed considering the micro-control system.With respect to the man-machine interaction and real-time monitoring in the control process,an upper computer interaction and monitoring system was designed based on MCGS. |
