| With the development of economy,the damage feature’s extraction has been widely used in the field of material damage’s identification,product quality’s identification,detection and measurement of product life and so on.In recent years,the damage feature’s extraction has been widely used in the safety assessment and prediction of the infrastructure.Many engineering disasters are related to the process of damage and instability of hard materials,therefore how to take the effective research measures and methods to study systematically the evolution process of its internal damage in the material’s crack and failure’s process,and then to have a positioning analysis for the damage characteristics further understanding of hard material’s failure mechanism is a very meaningful job.In this thesis,the rock material as the research object,the experimental data is obtained by CT and RFPA3D software,and then finishes feature extraction,identify the location and the reduction of rupture process for rock’s images by using MATLAB software with the technology of digital image processing,and in order to provide a new research method for the further study of fracture mechanism of rock materials.First of all,this thesis gives a brief introduction about the feature extraction method’s research status,and introduces some basic knowledge of digital image processing that will be used,such as digital image,image enhancement,image filtering and so on.Secondly,Because the amount of experimental data is very large and the experimental equipment,the light and the rock itself will produce the extracted image noise,and this thesis filters the noise outside the damage characteristics so as to extracts the feature of damage material image by a series of methods such as making image grayscale,mean filtering,median filtering,image enhancement,segmentation based on threshold,image’s connection,tracking filter.After these,this thesis will take three-dimensional reconstruction,positioning and identification,dynamic design for these images by using MATLAB software so as to restore the real damage process of materials.Finally,the rock material as the research object,this thesis uses these methods to study its damage and fracture process under uniaxial compression,and restores its real damage process.After simulating by MATLAB,damage’s identification,damage’s location,the extraction of morphological feature and dynamic reduction all have good effect,which provides a set of research methods to the future study of material damage mechanism and damage’s prediction. |
