At present,the construction of the old apartment in our country is at the stage of development,and the management methods,service facilities and space design are still to be further improved.As far as the whole country is concerned,with the continuous progress of the society,people are paying more and more attention to the demand for spiritual civilization on the basis of the pursuit of material civilization.At the same time,people are paying more and more attention to the relevance and integrity of the problem while considering the problem solving.The living environment of the elderly apartment is not only a single solution to the housing problem,but also the environment and function of residence.Nowadays,people's attention to humanized design has been raised to an unprecedented new height.Under the premise of improving the living environment and planning of the elderly apartment,how to create a humanized environment that can fully meet the physiological,psychological and spiritual needs of the elderly is particularly important.At present,there are many problems in the urban elderly apartment,such as low outdoor greening,poor indoor infrastructure and imperfect facilities for indoor and outdoor entertainment for the elderly,which seriously affect the quality of life of the elderly.Under the background of this era,mainly through the humanized design techniques to improve the outdoor greening and indoor living environment of the elderly apartments,improve the quality of life of the elderly,and provide a convenient and comfortable living environment for the elderly living in apartments.In this paper,through the research status quo of domestic and foreign elderly apartment,summed up the development status of apartments for the elderly and the reality of the problem,through the analysis of the construction of domestic and foreign outstanding cases of elderly apartments for the elderly physiological and psychological characteristics of the combination of humanization design design innovation design in Wuhan City Guan Nan elderly in the apartment.With the rapid development of science and technology,the future old apartment buildings and indoor and outdoor environmental facilities will be more high-tech for display,such as design,in the indoor facilities with fresh air system and shading system intelligent switch and intelligent control system of intelligent;outdoor facilities will use intelligent electric seats,intelligent barrier free trail and intelligent fitness equipment.Through the combination of high-tech hardware facilities and humanized design concept,we advocate the integration of technology and humanistic spirit,and build a new people-oriented living environment.
