A Comprehensive Finacial Services Research Based On The YJT Company Development Strategy

By viewing the development history of comprehensive financial services,after the financial crisis in the 21st century,the regulators have put forward more stringent requirements for large financial groups.However,the domestic financial industry has gone through mixed operation and separated operation into the exploration of comprehensive operation,after that,the trend of financial institutions collectivization has become increasingly prominent.With the development of financial institutions,policy banks,four major state-owned commercial banks and various joint-stock commercial banks in China,securities,trust,investment,insurance,leasing and other finical licenses have been obtained one after another,so that the purpose of comprehensive financial services is to provide the programs or products including,investment,loan,bond,leasing,security,fund " all together.In view of the continuous integration and development of financial markets and the increasing diversification of customer demands,the "one-to-one" and"point-to-point" single financial product has been unable to meet customer demands.As the first reorganized state-owned capital investment company in Yunnan Province,YJT Company has fully realized that the development needs are the source of enterprise development.We should make full use of more abundant financial products,more diversified means of financial services and more free channels of asset allocation to promote the re-establishment of financial services products,and meet all the development needs of YJT Company and promote the development of the company through certain construction of finical services.Based on the full study of the development of comprehensive financial services in China,according to the most operational and successful financial products of financial institutions and the actual development needs of YJT Company,this paper uses the development environment analysis,industry development analysis and SWOT model analysis methods to plan and develop the development strategy of the tender enterprises.The purpose of the study is to build a comprehensive financial service program by different stages and objectives.This paper not only embodies the advantages of "package" services of financial institutions,but also provides some relevant research ideas and methods for improving the accuracy of customer demand services and enterprises to make full use of financial support to achieve development.
