With the expansion of city scale and the development of network technology,more and more people choose take-out to order meals to make their lives more convenient.But in recent years,food safety problems have appeared frequently at home and abroad.The development of new take-out industry has been greatly restricted because of food safety problems and contradictions between distributors and customers.As a result,the vending machine came into being.At present,most of the vending machines in China are not only limited in the use of venues,but also imperfect in the user's purchasing experience.Most of them use traditional cash,credit card and other inconvenient and intuitive means of payment.The use efficiency is low.Therefore,it is meaningful to design a new type of intelligent dining machine which can improve the above problems.By investigating the existing vending machines and vending machines in the market,the overall design scheme is determined: the system functions are realized by the cooperation of STM32 and PLC dual controllers,and the problem of communication conflict between microprocessors and multiple external devices is solved.The main controller is used to control the wireless module,touch screen module and two-dimensional code recognition module,complete the design of human-computer interaction interface and mobile payment mode of the machine,and users can purchase and pay by operating touch screen module.The auxiliary controller is used to control the delivery module and the constant temperature module of the product.The precise positioning control of the stepper motor by PLC makes the delivery structure run precisely and ensures the integrity of the meal.At the same time,the main and auxiliary controllers transmit data through 485 communication,which not only saves the system resources for the main controller,but also improves the stability of the system.This design combines single-chip computer system and PLC system,which provides a method for the design of intelligent dining machine in the society.Its low cost and high convenience make the intelligent dining machine can be used in more occasions.Figure [36] Table[6] Reference[50]...
