Urban public space has become one of the important foundations of social life,such as beaches,parks,city squares,and pedestrian streets,and it carries an increasing number of social activities-In the hot summer days,in order to avoid sunburn and strong ultraviolet radiation,sun protection and sun protection are the protective measures that people must take in outdoor sports.Outdoor umbrellas are one of the essential items for outdoor sports.Most of the existing outdoor awning umbrella structure,with textile fabrics soft shade as the sun surface,poor fire performance after sun exposure often easy to aging,life is relatively short.At the same time,the user is usually carried and carried by the user himself.Before the use,it needs to be manually installed and fixed,and after use,it needs to be manually recovered and arranged,which inconveniences people's outdoor travel to a great extent.In view of the market demand of the above-mentioned outdoor awnings and the shortcomings of the existing outdoor awnings,this article has designed and developed an automatic awning with beautiful appearance,small occupied space,and convenient operation and operation.The main contents of the paper are as follows:(1)Introduce the background and significance of the research,introduce the common shading technology and its classification,summarize the research situation and development trend of the sun shading technology at home and abroad,and put forward the main research contents of this paper.(2)Based on the overall purpose of the subject and the design index of the automatic sunshade,the system is used to analyze the automatic sunshade,and the optional schemes for each subsystem or execution action are obtained,and the morphological matrix of the functional element solution of the automatic sunshade is established,and then a variety of alternative mechanical motion system schemes are obtained.Finally,fuzzy evaluation method is applied to evaluate alternative machine motion plan and get the best motion plan.(3)Based on the optimal motion plan and combined with the design index of the automatic awning,the overall structural design is carried out,including the box frame design,the visor structure design,the structural design of the telescopic slide,and the design of the motor gear mechanism.Checking and design of electrical control systems.In the design of the motor gear mechanism,the motion simulation of the automatic sun canopy is performed using the SolidWorks Motion analysis module,and the motor torques of the motors that drive the motherboard deployment and side panel deployment are obtained,and the selection of the motor is based on this·(4)Using ANSYS Workbench software to analyze the static strength of the important load-bearing structure(five-level telescopic slide)in the automatic awning device,and to obtain five grades of telescopic slides under five grades of vertical wind load and five grades of horizontal wind load The displacement cloud map and the stress cloud map show that the strength of the five-level telescopic slide rail structure meets the requirements.(5)Manufacturing the automatic sunshade prototype,including the selection and processing of parts and parts,the assembly and debugging of the whole machine.The test of the prototype and the measurement results of the following parameters show that the design scheme of this automatic sunshade meets the design requirements.
