The concrete admixture industry has developed better and better in recent years and is applied to various important infrastructures in China.Gradually become a functional emerging industry.The characteristics of concrete admixture industry are very obvious: the products need to be tailored,there are fewer enterprises with a certain scale,and the industry sales behavior is very serious.Company T is a leading company in the concrete admixture industry.It takes up about 50% of the total share of concrete admixtures.Since admixtures are used in various fields such as water conservancy,hydropower,and transportation,the demand for admixtures is also rising year by year.T company is the integration of production,R&D and sales.In order to provide a large-scale comprehensive share of providing quality services and products,as the enterprise develops faster and faster,the loopholes in various aspects of the enterprise sales business become more and more obvious.According to the annual report,T company's annual gross profit margin is about 10% higher than other companies in the same industry,but the net interest rate is lower than that of the same industry company.In addition,T company's accounts receivable accounted for about 70% of the operating income,the company is facing high risk.This restricts the long-term development of T Company.Therefore,specific analysis was carried out for the sales business of T Company,and targeted measures were proposed to improve it.This paper analyzes the domestic and foreign literature on internal control and combines the specific cases of T company,and analyzes the current situation of T enterprise sales business with the five elements of internal control as the basic framework.It is found that T company has the following problems: T company has not established risk The evaluation system,sales and delivery control is not strict,customer credit management is not good,and the supervision of the audit department is weak.According to the above problems,propose a targeted solution: Improve risk assessment system,establish delivery flow chart,strengthen delivery process control,strict delivery approval process,optimize customer credit management flow chart,improve customer credit management process,establish temporary credit application flow chart,establish long-term supervision mechanism and establish Anti-fraud mechanism.The innovation of this paper is that there are many theoretical studies and case studies on the internal control of enterprise sales business in academic circles,but there are few studies on admixture enterprises.In the analysis of admixture enterprises,it is less analyzed from the various processes of the enterprise sales business.Based on the theoretical basis of internal control,this paper analyzes the current situation of T company's sales business,proposes corresponding solutions,and promotes the continued operation of T company.
