| Rubber aggregate concrete has the characteristics of good ductility,good wear resistance,strong fatigue resistance,high resilience,etc.,can improve the defect of traditional bridge deck and the durability of the bridge deck pavement.In zhangjiakou area,the phenomenon of snow melting agent in winter,overload,overload and so on seriously affects the durability of bridge deck pavement.In order to reveal the salt frozen,chloride ion erosion and impact on the concrete bridge deck pavement are,the rubber aggregate concrete frost resistance,resistance to chloride ion erosion and shock resistance performance,to improve the cold region will provide a scientific basis for the durability of concrete bridge deck,this thesis intends to through the field investigation,indoor test and theory analysis method for rubber aggregate concrete bridge deck pavement of frost resistance,resistance to chloride ion permeability and shock resistance research,the main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Investigate the bridge deck diseases in zhangjiakou area.The main damage of deck is cracking and pit troughs.The main causes of this disease include: large temperature difference between day and night in zhangjiakou area,snow removal with snow agent in winter,bridge overload and car overload.(2)Experimental study on the influence of rubber aggregate particle size and dosage on concrete strength.Obtained in this paper,three kinds of particle size and dosage of rubber particles is 0% ~15% of the cube compressive strength of concrete,the results show that the decline in value of concrete compressive strength as the demand is gradually increasing with the increase of dosage of rubber particles and mixed with coarse particle size of rubber aggregate concrete compressive strength value is highest,in addition to adding rubber powder rubber aggregate concrete compressive strength can not meet the requirement of the presupposition,and the other two kinds of particle size of rubber aggregate concrete compressive strength can satisfy the requirement of the preset,for the durability of its further research.(3)Experimental study on the influence of rubber particle size and dosage on the anti-freeze performance of concrete.The salt-frost resistance of rubber aggregate concrete was studied by fast freezing method,and the test results showed that the anti-salt-frost resistance of concrete could be improved by adding rubber particles of different sizes and different amounts.(4)Experimental study on influence of rubber particle size and dosage on chloride penetration resistance of concrete.The effect of different rubber particle size and content on chloride ion resistance of concrete was studied by using electric flux method.The chloride diffusion coefficient is obtained by the model of electric flux and chloride diffusion coefficient.(5)Experimental study on the influence of rubber particle size and dosage on the impact resistance of concrete.The impact times of the initial crack and final crack of rubber aggregate concrete were measured by the impact test of the hammer,and The Times of the initial crack and The Times of the final crack were fitted in a linear manner.The test results show that the impact resistance of concrete mixed with rubber particles is better than that of benchmark concrete.(6)Feasibility study on application of rubber aggregate concrete to bridge deck pavement.Compared with cement concrete,rubber aggregate concrete has many excellent properties for bridge deck pavement.There is an optimal dosage range of rubber aggregate concrete,whose value is between 9%~12%.The economic and technical performance of rubber aggregate concrete with this dosage range is the best. |
