Gasoline Direct Injection(GDI)is very significant to improve the engine's power performance,fuel economy.However,as the emission regulations the is more and more strict,GDI engine emissions problem is increasingly prominent.The mixture and combustion control of GDI engine is very significant to the emission.The platform can provide basis for enterprises to test fuel injectors,pumps and other key parts of the fuel system,and can also be used for benchmarking and performance research of key parts of the fuel system.It can provide boundary adjustment for three-dimensional flow field simulation or engine combustion analysis,and can be used to study the rail pressure control strategy.Based on the principle of GDI fuel system working and the analysis of the physical structure,the establishment of a GDI fuel system pressure and flow mathematical model.Using AMESim respectively establish a model of the high pressure oil pump,fuel injector,common rail pipe.According to the actual work situation of the existing platform and the working principle of the engine control model.What's more,I verify this model by the test data and ensure the accuracy of model.In the final model,the error between the simulation result and the experimental data is within 5%when the injection pressure is 100bar or above and the injection time is 2ms or above,which can meet the using requirements.This paper also optimizes the existing test platform,conducts a more detailed analysis of the working principle and control of the high-pressure pump,and optimizes the control of the entire platform to make its working process closer to the actual engine condition.And this paper also optimizes the design of GDI engine injector fuel injection rule test device,studies better injection law test method.Finishing the test of injection law.The simulation platform can provide completed simulation for enterprise production and research.The simulation platform be able to develop fuel system components for the enterprise and provide guidance to the assessment of the relevant member.What's more,the simulation platform can be used for further research and optimization of the fuel system control strategy.
