| Due to its energy-saving effect and convenient construction,external thermal insulation has been promoted as an important building energy-saving technology in engineering practice.Among them,polystyrene board thin plastering exterior insulation system is the most widely used.However,in recent years,accidents of falling off the external thermal insulation system have occurred frequently,and some have even caused personal injury and death,which has caused adverse effects on the society.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the reinforcement technology of the external thermal insulation system of the existing building to improve the safety and service life of the external thermal insulation system.In this paper,the structural composition,engineering application status and existing problems of common external thermal insulation systems are classified and investigated according to the types of thermal insulation materials,and the causes of quality problems of various external thermal insulation systems are summarized.Based on the analysis of the mechanical performance of the external thermal insulation system after anchor bolt reinforcement,in order to solve the problem that the anchor bearing capacity of the anchor bolt in the base layer of the block is large during the on-site inspection,and most of them do not meet the requirements of the specification limit,the anchor bolt is in the The tensile strength of the autoclaved fly ash masonry base was tested by static tensile test.The stress mechanism and failure mode of the anchor bolt were analyzed.The anchor bolt margin,anchoring depth,bolt bore diameter and anchor were studied.The influence of the parameters such as the bolting mode on the bearing performance of the anchor bolt is put forward.The structural and construction technical requirements of the external wall thermalinsulation anchor in the base layer of the block are put forward,and the technical support for the external thermal insulation system of the existing building exterior wall is provided for the anchor bolt.In order to study the reinforcement technology of molded polystyrene board thin plaster external insulation system,this paper firstly used ABAQUS finite element software to simulate a single anchor penetration test to verify the feasibility of ABAQUS finite element software simulation analysis of mechanical properties of external insulation system.Then,the finite element model of the outer wall insulation system of polystyrene board is established.Firstly,the number of anchor bolts is compared with the limit value of the bearing capacity of the system and the maximum displacement value of the board surface.Then the number of anchor bolts is determined.According to the arrangement method,the optimized anchor bolt arrangement method is determined by comparing the displacement values of the panel surface,which provides theoretical support for the engineering practice of anchoring the polystyrene board exterior wall thermal insulation system.Finally,the engineering example of the molded polystyrene board thin plastering exterior insulation system is taken as the research object,and the reinforcement design is carried out according to the connection safety assessment result.Based on the theoretical analysis results and the arrangement of the wall facade windows and doors,the anchor is determined.The number and arrangement of the bolts,and the construction process and technical requirements of the anchor bolt reinforcement method are proposed.Finally,the number of reinforcement anchors and the tensile strength are tested to ensure the connection safety of the external wall insulation system after anchor bolt reinforcement. |
