| Seismic isolation technology and energy absorbing technology are effective measures to control the seismic response of building structures.Seismic isolation technology generally achieves the purpose of isolation by forming a unique isolation system(or isolation layer);energy dissipation technology refers to the installation of some energy absorbing devices(such as dampers)in certain parts of the building structure.Through these energy absorbing devices,the seismic energy is dissipated,and the energy input into the main structure is reduced,thereby reducing the seismic response of the building structure.The lead-core rubber isolation bearing is a kind of isolation component that is widely used in practical engineering.In the event of an earthquake,it consumes seismic energy through the plastic deformation of the lead core.The function of the lead core are similar to the damper who is in the energy absorbing structure.But the use of lead cores can cause environmental pollution and other problems.In this paper,the damper is made of Zn-22 Al alloy,and the mechanical properties of the Zn-22 Al alloy damper and the isolation bearing of the additional Zn-22 Al alloy damper are studied.The main contents of the research include:1.Preparation of superplastic Zn-22 Al alloy and tensile test,the relevant mechanical properties of the prepared Zn-22 Al alloy were measured;2.Using the low-cycle repeated loading test,the load-displacement hysteresis curve and related energy consumption parameters of the Zn-22 Al alloy damper and the isolation bearing of the additional Zn-22 Al alloy damper are studied.3.The mechanical properties and related energy consumption parameters of the Zn-22 Al alloy damper and the isolation bearing of the additional Zn-22 Al alloy damper were analyzed by ABAQUS and compared with the experimental data.Research indicates:1.Zn-22 Al alloy has good plastic deformation ability at room temperature;2.The load-displacement hysteresis curve of the isolation bearing of Zn-22 Al alloy damper and additional Zn-22 Al alloy damper is full,energy dissipation coefficient and equivalent viscous damping coefficient are high,and it has better energy consumption.ability;3.The finite element simulation of the skeleton curve,stiffness degradation curve and energy dissipation coefficient curve and other parameters are basically consistent with the test. |
