This paper takes the Xiamen Haicang Bridge electrical monitoring system upgrade project as the background.Aiming at the problem that the important data in the traditional electrical monitoring system is easy to be tampered and the remote control may be maliciously controlled by the forged node,this paper designs and implements a electrical monitoring system based on blockchain technology on the basis of completing the project.The main works of this paper are as follows:Aiming at the problem that the important data in the electrical monitoring system is easily falsified,a secure storage method based on blockchain technology is designed.Firstly,according to the needs of the proj ect,the basic electrical monitoring subsystem was developed based on the configuration software to realize the remote monitoring and cont:rol of the Haicang Bridge street lighting system,and it has been put into operation for one and a half years with good performance.Then,a relay subsystem consisting of OPC client and WebSocket server is designed to obtain the operation record data in the basic electrical monitoring subsystem and send it to the blockchain storage subsystem.Finally,the blockchain storage subsystem is designed to store the operational record data to the IPFS and obtain the unique hash value corresponding to the operational record data.The smart contract is then called to store the hash value in the blockchain private chain network,which realizes the secure storage of the operation record data.The interstellar file system and the blockchain network ensure that operational record data can hardly be tampered and destroyed.The experiments verifies the effectiveness of the method.Aiming at the problem that remote control in electrical monitoring system may be maliciously controlled by forged nodes,a secure remote control method based on blockchain technology is designed.First,the blockchain security remote control subsystem is designed.The smart contract is used to create the token named ControlToken and distribute it to the node users with control rights.Then,this paper designs a distributed application.When a node user tries to send a remote command,the distributed application will initiate a token transaction.Only the token can complete the transaction,and then continue to send the remote command to the basic electrical monitor through the relay subsystem.In the system.Forged node users can never get the tokens actively,and the code in the smart contract running on the blockchain would not be tampered.Hence,the forged node can never send remote commands.his operation can realize the secure remote control.This paper verifies the effectiveness of the method through experiments.In summary,for the security problem of traditional electrical monitoring system,this paper proposes an effective method based on blockchain technology.It also can provide an idea for applying the blockchain technology to other industrial control systems.
