| Many regions are far away from the large power grid,while the cost of networking is relatively high,and the natural energy such as wind power and solar energy is relatively rich.In this context,microgrids are usually preferred.In recent years,more and more microgrids have been built.With the access of electric vehicles,the operation strategy of the microgrid has become important.As a factor affecting the operating cost of the microgrid,the battery life and the research on the balanced load are very important.It is necessary to fully consider the above when allocating the microgrid and running the microgrid.The research status of microgrid configuration and microgrid operation scheduling strategy are introduced in this thesis,as well as the research status of electric vehicle load forecasting,the basic principles and applications of artificial intelligence algorithm is also introduced.Secondly,an improved particle swarm artificial fish swarm algorithm is proposed(PSO-AFSA),which is more advantageous than the standard algorithm in higher dimensions.After defining two formulas for normalized values,the algorithm can be applied to multi-objective problem.Thirdly,the allocation model of the independently operated wind photovoltaic microgrid is given,with the consideration of electric vehicle load,and the PSO-AFSA is used to simulate and obtain the configuration result.Also,after the discussion of grid connection conditions,the allocation model of the online microgrid is given,and the PSO-AFSA is used to simulate and get the configuration result.Finally,starting from the research of transmission power of the cable,the daily equivalent power fluctuations is defined,the operation optimization is scheduled for the online microgrid,and the analysis of the battery operation strategy is given to verify the effectiveness of the strategy. |
