This paper introduces a bow-net arc detection method based on the current arc-ignition detection technology and the new silicon carbide ultraviolet detector.Based on this,the "bow arc ignition detection system" is designed and the generation of arc-burning is simulated..And the system collects and processes the data.The article summarizes some domestic and foreign knowledge through the understanding of the high-speed railway power supply-contact network system and the study of the "pull network relationship" between the contact network and the pantograph,especially the offline arc detection technology.The detection method of arch net arcing.This paper mainly describes the causes of arc and arc arcing,the electric erosion hazard of arcing arc,and the impact of arcing arcing on the contact net and the electric bow to the safety of the car.In the detection method,the detection scheme and research direction of the traction power supply research laboratory of China Railway Science Research Institute are mainly introduced.On this basis,some feasibility extensions are made in this paper: the characteristics of Chinese contact network are described,and the bow network is studied.The electrical characteristics and spectral wavelength characteristics of arcing continue to use ultraviolet light to detect arcing.The characteristics of the ultraviolet sensor used in the arc detection of the current bow are analyzed.The main types of ultraviolet detectors at this stage are introduced and explored one by one.Its advantages and disadvantages;the characteristics of silicon carbide ultraviolet detector are introduced,and its advantages are analyzed according to the characteristics of arc-wire arc detection.The article also details the main components of the arc-wire arc detection system,including the selection of the UV sensor,the design of the acquisition circuit,and the installation of a simple arcinduction simulator.At the end of the article,the data collected by the experiment was simply processed,and according to the data,whether the new sensor can meet the testing standards and daily testing requirements.Finally,the article summarizes the problems encountered in the research process,the design deficiencies in the arc-ignition detection system,and discusses the impact of the arc-fired arc on the safety of the railway,and looks forward to the future detection of the bow-net relationship in China.
