In the weapon range test,vertical target dispersion test is an important link of new weapons development and production process.Recent years,with the continuous improvement of the performance and the falling cost of CCD devices,accuracy target testing system based on linear array CCD camera is widely used*However,the test system must cooperate with the trigger target in the working process.As a special device for precision measurement,the structure is complex and the trigger precision is not high,this system can still be improved.To solve the above problem,this paper systematically studies the image triggering technology of indoor large area accuracy target.The main research contents are as follows:1)The overall scheme of a linear CCD precision target image triggering system is studied.Linear array camera is connected with image acquisition card and image trigger device at the same time.After image signal processing,image trigger device judges whether there is a projectile passing through and sends trigger signal to image acquisition card to start image acquisition.2)A triggering algorithm of linear CCD precision target image is designed.The single line image collected by linear array camera is compared with the background image.The gray value of the difference image is compared with the background change threshold to update background in real time,compared with trigger threshold to judge the projectile and send the trigger signal.Then the image is analyzed to determine the key threshold of the algorithm,and the algorithm is verified by software simulation,which shows that the image triggering algorithm designed in this paper can achieve the required functions of the subject.3)The hardware logical circuit of image triggering algorithm is designed.In the first,the hardware implementation principle and design method of the algorithm are introduced.Then,the hardware implementation process of the image triggering algorithm is proposed and the algorithm is designed in modules.At last,the hardware triggering algorithm is simulated and verified,which can realize the basic functions required by the project.4)The peripheral circuit of the trigger system is designed,the experimental platform is built,and the trigger algorithm is verified.Compared with the existing light screen triggering methods,it is proved that the image triggering method has better triggering accuracy and mechanical structure than the light screen triggering method.
